Reuters today quoted Samsung Heavy Industries as saying that it had entered into an agreement with Inpex to construct an offshore gas processing facility in Australia for USD 2.26 billion.

The construction is expected to begin in 2013 said the South Korean shipyard, according to Reuters.

Delivery of the facility is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015.
