French supermajor Total today reported adjusted net income of 3.3 billion euros for the third quarter 2012, an increase of 20% compared to the 2.8 billion euros earned in 3Q 2011.
Total reported a drop in 3Q production. Hydrocarbon production was 2,272 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (kboe/d) in the third quarter 2012, a decrease of 2% compared to the third quarter 2011.
