South Korea’s Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd, the world’s second largest shipbuilder, has announced today on the Korea Exchange that it has received an order to construct 5 drilling rigs.
The order, which comes from a large-scale company, is estimated at $1.95 billion.
The rigs, destined for the African region, are expected to be completed by April 2016.
