Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd (“SOC”) and Kreuz Engineering Ltd (“KEL”), subsidiaries of Singapore-based Swiber Holdings Limited , have incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Mexico, known as Swiber Offshore Mexico SA DE CV (“SOM”).
The initial issued share capital of SOM is 50,000.00 Pesos. The principle activity of SOM is to engage in engineering, procurement, construction and installation of subsea pipelines.
Swiber Holdings Limited last month announced it had secured another sizeable contract through a local collaboration with Dragados Offshore, totaling approximately US$273 million for offshore construction work in the Gulf of Mexico.
