Dear readers, as every week, we’re bringing you a list of the most popular stories on Offshore Energy Today.

Unsurprisingly, the most popular story was the one on a fatal accident offshore Mexico, in which two workers died after a jack-up rig tilted due to a fault in one of its legs.

The second most read article was on a whopping number of 100.000 people left without work since the start of the oil price collapse mid-last year.

You also read, and watched a video, about Chevron’s historic accomplishment offshore Australia, where the California-based company installed a giant platform for the Wheatstone gas project.

Similarly to the previous week, news on job losses, and attempts by the unions to stop the cuts, were among the most read. A CEO of an oil company lost his job too. Scroll down for more.
