Shipbuilding and repair company Lita Ocean has delivered an Incat Crowther-designed crewboat to Singapore-based PSA Marine.

Louisiana-based ship manufacturer Gulf Craft has delivered an Incat Crowther-designed fast support vessel to the U.S.-based vessel owner, Seacor Marine.

Four Greenpeace activists have climbed the West Hercules drilling rig, which is located near Rypefjord village in the north of Norway, and bound to drill in the Barents Sea for Equinor.

Allseas-owned heavy lift and pipelay vessel Pioneering Spirit has completed the single-piece removal of the 25,000 t Brent Bravo topsides from the UK North Sea.

World’s largest semi-submersible crane vessel, delivered recently to Heerema Marine Contractors, has completed its sea trials, and with “flying colors” at that, according to the Dutch owner.

Heerema’s SSCV Sleipnir, the world’s largest crane vessel, has completed a 15,300 tonnes lift this weekend, installing the topsides for Noble Energy’s Leviathan development in the Mediterranean Sea off Israel.

On Saturday, October 5, Equinor started production from the giant Johan Sverdrup field in the North Sea, more than two months ahead of and NOK 40 billion below the original estimates in the plan for development and operation.

Norwegian oil major Equinor, along with its partners in the Snorre and Gullfaks fields, has submitted a development plan of supplying power from floating offshore wind to the fields via the Hywind Tampen wind farm.
