Bilfinger wins North Sea work extension

Bilfinger Salamis UK has been awarded a North Sea contract extension, securing employment for over 150 personnel.

The company informed on Monday the contract extension is for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years.

Bilfinger Salamis UK Technical Director, Kenny Bennet, commented: “In a competitive market, we are delighted that our client has put their trust in Bilfinger for the next three years.”

Bilfinger Salamis UK added it provides a range of lifecycle services to the client, including onshore project management, fabric maintenance, scaffolding, hot work habitats, rope access, specialist cleaning, asbestos management, alternative access teams and shutdown management services, having worked with the company since 2011.
