Bourbon in executive changes

Bourbon Offshore, a provider of marine services to offshore oil & gas companies, has announced the end of the mandate of Nicolas Malgrain as Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer.

This mandate had taken effect on December 1, 2014. Malgrain was in charge of Strategy, Finance, and Administration of the group.

He joined Bourbon in February 2014 as Vice President Strategy.

Bourbon said on Thursday that the General Management of the company would continue to be lead by the Chief Executive Officer, Christian Lefèvre and the Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer, Gaël Bodénès.

They will be assisted by Géraldine Vitte-Roussel, Financial Director and Lilian Genevet, Assets, Treasury and Financing Director, Bourbon added. The Chairman will continue to contribute to strategy and financial communication.
