Dolphin bags West Africa seismic deal

Dolphin Group has been awarded a 3D seismic contract in West Africa.

The contract is with an undisclosed independent oil company. The survey will start during first quarter of 2015 and it will last for approximately 40 days.

The company said that the survey will be performed by a Dolphin high-capacity 3D vessel, but it did not disclose the name of the client, nor the exact location of the survey.

Dolphin Group ASA is the parent company of Dolphin Geophysical AS, a global full -range, asset light supplier of marine geophysical services.

Dolphin operates a fleet of new generation, high-capacity seismic vessels and offers contract seismic surveys, multi-client projects and processing services on a worldwide basis.
