EMGS names new CFO

The Norwegian geophysical services company, Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA, has announced the appointment of Hege A. Veiseth as acting CFO of the company. 

EMGS says that this appointment will become effective from January 1, 2016, following the resignation of Svein Knudsen.

Veiseth has worked for EMGS since 2007 and is currently the Group Finance Manager of the company. Prior to joining EMGS, Veiseth worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young for 7 years, including auditor work for EMGS.

Veiseth has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
