EPC Offshore Invests in New Office to Increase Workforce (UK)

Project management and concept development specialist EPC Offshore has invested £2million in a new Aberdeen office in a strategic move which will enable the company to recruit more staff, expand its service offering to clients and reaffirm its commitment to the region.

The organisation has agreed a long term lease on a three-storey, 7,000sq ft Grade A building at 56 Carden Place in the heart of the city’s West End.

Chief executive officer Keith Wallace said: “This move is a long-term investment for EPC Offshore and underlines our commitment to our clients, our team and the city. We have created a great deal of positive momentum in our business over the past couple of years, including doubling our employee numbers and increasing our range of clients, and we hope to build on this further in the months and years to come.

“We are focused on delivering the very best concept development, high end engineering and project management aimed at turning our client’s opportunities into assets. We have steadily invested in expanding our company both in terms of our people and our capabilities in line with market needs in the last 12 months and have found demand for our services continues to rise.

“The increased capacity of our new office provides the basis to expand the Aberdeen team in the near future. Strengthened teams will enable us to better support our North Sea clients, allow us to target market share as we bring in the specialist skills required to enable us to offer an increased range and depth of services to our clients.”

EPC Offshore provides project management and concept development services using comprehensive and structured set of principles to achieve maximum project value, optimum resource utilization and quality assurance for operators. The company has experienced rapid growth since it was established in 2009, executing in excess of £25million worth of project management work in its third year and doubling its employee numbers to 80 people in Aberdeen and Surrey.

This is expected to rise to 115 across the company as EPC Offshore pursues its ambitious growth strategy during its fourth year in business.
