Havyard CFO calls it quits

Havyard Group, a ship technology company that delivers products and services from vessel design to support of vessels in operation, has informed that its Chief Financial Officer has resigned. 

According to Havyard, Karl Eirik Frøysa Hansen has decided to resign as CFO in Havyard Group ASA.

The company says it is currently in the process of finding his replacement. Hansen will remain in the company through his period of notice which is three months.

Havyard appointed Hansen as its CFO in December 2014.

He holds an MSc in Auditing from Norwegian School of Economics(NHH) and is a State Authorised Public Accountant, and has worked in EY and BDO prior to joining Havyard Group ASA in 2012.
