KBR scores ten-year service agreement with Chevron

Engineering and construction services firm KBR has signed a multi-phase ten-year engineering and procurement services master contract with the U.S.-based oil major Chevron.

KBR said on Thursday that the company would provide Chevron with engineering and procurement services in multiple global locations.

The contract details stipulate that KBR’s engineering offices in multiple global locations may provide Chevron with engineering and procurement services across all phases of Chevron’s major capital projects program, from field development planning and conceptual engineering, through front-end engineering design, detailed engineering, and final design.

Stuart Bradie, KBR President and CEO, said: “We are delighted by this opportunity to continue to provide value-added engineering and procurement services for Chevron’s projects.

“This award furthers our longstanding relationship with Chevron and highlights their confidence in the relationship between the two companies to deliver multiple engineering disciplines and services across a variety of projects.”
