Murphy Oil declares quarterly cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Murphy Oil Corporation today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 per share on an annualized basis.  The dividend is payable June 2, 2014 to holders of record May 16, 2014.
Murphy Oil Corporation is an independent exploration and production company with a strong portfolio of global offshore and onshore assets. In 2013, Murphy paid $235.1 million as cash dividends to its shareholders, according to Zacks.
The company last year spun off its downstream business and put focus on exploration and production.
