No W. Africa deal for Polarcus

Marine seismic specialist Polarcus has informed that it will not be acquiring seismic data under the Letter of Intent signed in June.

The company on June 16, 2014, received a Letter of Intent  for a 3D marine seismic survey project for an undisclosed customer offshore West Africa.

However, following equity changes in the relevant license block, the letter of intent has not materialized in a service contract, Polarcus, headquartered in Dubai, has informed.

The seismic project was scheduled to start in July 2014 and was expected to run for approximately three months.
