Ross Offshore, Premier Oil Sign Several Frame Agreements

Ross Offshore AS has been awarded several Frame Contracts by Premier Oil Norway including immediate Call-off for Well Management.

The frame contracts are for well management, field development and single consultancy services.  The contracts are for 5 Years with possible extensions, and the well management contract was effective as of November 13th 2013 with immediate startup with planning on the ‘Myrhauk’ exploration-well to be drilled in 2014 in the Norwegian part of the North Sea. Ross Offshore will support Premier Oil from our offices in Stavanger Norway.
