Solstad completes AHTS Normand Draupne sale

Solstad Offshore, a Norway based offshore ships supplier, has completed the sale of its vessel “Normand Draupne”.

The company recently entered into an agreement to sell its 29-year old vessel “Normand Draupne”.

According to Solstad Offshore, the sale and delivery of the vessel was completed yesterday December 18, 2014.

Solstad did not reveal the name of the client, but simply stated it was sold to an “international buyer”. Normand Draupne is an anchor handling tug and supply vessel (AHTS) built in 1985.

Solstad Offshore’s fleet consists of about 50 fully owned/jointly owned vessels, including 1 newbuild (to be delivered 2016).
