Stanford Marine adds AHT to its fleet
Marine Assets Corporation (MAC) has delivered an Anchor Handling Tug for Stanford Marine, Dubai.
With an LOA of 50m and a beam of 15m the MMC 950 designed AHT, constructed at Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding, Fuzhou, S.E.China, has a special low air draft to facilitate her ability to transit beneath the low bridges encountered at offshore facilities.
Having a Bollard pull in excess of 60T she will be a very us full addition to the Stanford fleet. Named as the Stanford Mustang, she is now en rout to the M.E. where it will soon start its employment on a long term charter with an Oil Major.
