Tap Oil Limited provides the following update on the Manora-5 exploration well. Manora-5 is the first of three wells planned in the 2012 exploration drilling campaign.

It will test a separate geological structure, independent of the Manora field, and target a combined prospective resource of around 12 million barrels (PMean) in the primary and secondary targets.

During the period from 0600 hours WST on 03 October 2012 to 0600 hours WST on 10 October 2012, the well drilled to a depth of 1,477 metres true vertical depth subsea.
