TAS Offshore sells three vessels

Malaysia’s shipbuilding and ship repair services firm, TAS Offshore Berhad, has secured contracts for the sale of three vessels.

In its Bursa Malaysia filing, the company says it secured contracts for one Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV) and two Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS).

The total value of the contracts is approximately RM143.24 million ($39.76 million).

The company did not reveal the name of the client, nor the expected delivery time, but only noted that the vessels were sold to one of its “new foreign customers”.
