‘VOS Glory’ en route to UK

Vroon has informed that on Wednesday, February 4, the VOS Glory vessel left Fujian Shipbuilding Trading in Fuzhou, China.

The vessel is at the start of its journey to the United Kingdom, where it will operate in the North Sea under management of Vroon Offshore Services Aberdeen.

VOS Glory is a 60m ERRV-FSV (emergency response and rescue vessel/field-support vessel) and the second in a series of four such FSVs being built at the Shipyard for Vroon.

The remaining two vessels will be delivered to the company over the next few months.

The company has ordered a total of 22 offshore-support vessels at Fujian Shipbuilding, with delivery between 2014 and 2016.
